Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Flockyn, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation procedures for various services offered on our platform.
1. Premium Subscriptions
1.1 Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- You will retain access to premium features until the end of your paid period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused days within a billing period
1.2 Subscription Refunds
7-Day Refund Window: If you are not satisfied with your premium subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable.
2. Mentorship Sessions
2.1 Cancellation by Mentee (Student)

2.2 Cancellation by Mentor
- If a mentor cancels a session, you receive a 100% refund
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Repeated cancellations by mentors may result in account review
2.3 No-Shows
- Mentee no-show: No refund provided
- Mentor no-show: Full refund plus potential credit
2.4 Session Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with a mentorship session, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the session. We will review the case and may offer:
- Full or partial refund
- Credit for a future session
- Mediation between parties
3. Event Registrations
3.1 Paid Events

3.2 Event Cancellation by Organizer
If an event is cancelled by the organizer, you will receive a full refund within 5-7 business days.
4. Marketplace Transactions
Note: Marketplace transactions are between individual users. Flockyn facilitates these transactions but is not the seller.
4.1 Buyer Protection
- Report issues within 48 hours of receiving an item
- Provide photos or evidence of any problems
- We will mediate between buyer and seller
4.2 Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued if:
- Item not received within expected timeframe
- Item significantly differs from description
- Item is damaged or defective
- Seller misrepresented the item condition
4.3 Non-Refundable Cases
- Buyer's remorse (changed mind)
- Minor variations from photos
- Issues reported after 48-hour window
- Items damaged after delivery
5. In-App Purchases
5.1 Virtual Items and Credits
- In-app purchases of virtual items are generally non-refundable
- Unused credits may be refundable within 24 hours of purchase
- Technical issues preventing use of purchased items will be investigated
6. How to Request a Refund
- Open the Flockyn app
- Go to Settings → Help & Support
- Select "Request Refund"
- Provide your order details and reason for refund
- Submit the request
Alternatively, email us at support@flockyn.app with:
- Your registered email address
- Transaction/Order ID
- Reason for refund request
- Any supporting documentation
7. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method
- Bank processing times may add 3-5 additional days
- You will receive email confirmation when refund is processed
