Welcome to Flockyn! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Flockyn mobile application ("App") and services. By using Flockyn, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Flockyn, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations

2. Description of Service

Flockyn is a social platform that connects people through shared hobbies and interests. Our services include:

• Creating and joining hobby-based communities
• Connecting with other hobby enthusiasts
• Organizing and attending events
• Mentorship and skill-sharing opportunities
• Marketplace for hobby-related items
• Portfolio showcasing

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each person may only maintain one active account. Creating multiple accounts may result in suspension.

4. User Conduct

When using Flockyn, you agree NOT to:

• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Share illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Spam or send unsolicited promotional messages
• Violate intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or manipulate the platform
• Collect or harvest user data without consent
• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Circumvent payment systems or bypass fees

5. User Content

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you post on Flockyn. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on our platform.

5.2 Content Guidelines

All content must comply with our Community Guidelines. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or Guidelines.

5.3 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you post. Flockyn is not responsible for user-generated content.

6. Payments and Transactions

6.1 Paid Features

Flockyn may offer premium features, subscriptions, or paid services. Prices and features are subject to change with notice.

6.2 Marketplace Transactions

For marketplace transactions between users:

• Flockyn acts as a platform facilitator, not a party to transactions
• Buyers and sellers are responsible for their own transactions
• Flockyn may charge a commission on marketplace sales
• Disputes should first be resolved between parties directly

6.3 Mentorship Sessions

Mentorship sessions are arranged between users. Flockyn provides the platform but is not responsible for the quality or outcome of mentorship.

7. Community Administration

Community administrators are responsible for:

• Moderating their community according to our Guidelines
• Managing member behavior within their community
• Reporting violations to Flockyn

Flockyn reserves the right to remove administrators or communities that violate these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

The Flockyn name, logo, and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Flockyn and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Privacy

Your use of Flockyn is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

• Flockyn is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content
• We are not responsible for user interactions or offline meetups
• We do not verify the qualifications of mentors
• Marketplace items are sold by users, not by Flockyn

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flockyn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Flockyn harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
